1. Try Amazon App Restart.
One of the most common (and easy to fix) problems is when a software bug stops the Amazon app from starting or loading the main page correctly. Close the app all the way down as a first step (sometimes called force closing the app). Close the app and then start it up again to see if that fixes the problem.
2. Update Amazon App
The Amazon app might not be working because something is wrong with it. For example, it might not work with a recent update to the operating system of your phone. Your apps should be set up to update themselves automatically, but if you're having trouble, it's worth checking to see if there's an update that hasn't been installed yet.
- Go to App Store / Play store for Apple & Google respectively.
- Search for Amazon App
- Tap the Amazon App.

3. Check Internet Connectivity

- Open the Settings app and tap the Apps button.
- Tap See all apps if you need to, and then tap Amazon Shopping.
- Select Storage and cache.
- Select "Clear storage."
5. Restart your phone
If you're still having trouble with the Amazon app, you should restart your phone. This will get rid of any temporary software problems that are causing your phone to act up. Most Android phones can be turned off by holding down the power button for a few seconds, or by pulling the Control Center down from the top of the screen and tapping the power icon.
