Moon Knight Producer Desires Making of Midnight Suns

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is progressively straying into frightening territory. Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Moon Knight, both on Disney+, were hailed as serious horror films by critics early on.

Some believe a Midnight Suns project could be in the works, especially after Marvel filed a trademark to change the team’s name. Since Moon Knight producer Grant Curtis just spoke to us and Moonie is one of the characters that Moon Knight fans would like to see join the live-action team, we asked him directly if a Midnight Suns project was in the works.

As expected, he couldn’t say much, although he did say he’d like to see the group. We also asked Curtis about the possibility of seeing other fan-favorite characters like Adam Warlock or Nova in future MCU projects. He said that while he couldn’t speak to specific characters, he believes there are many more stories to be told in the MCU and that fans should “stay tuned.”

“What a terrific question for my boss down the hall to ask you about that. In Kevin Feige’s office, I’ll be able to get all the information you need. “It was a response from Curtis. “That is not a joke! What you’re asking is out of my league, but I’m eager to hear the response.”

Early in the decade of the 1990s, Danny Ketch and Johnny Blaze first appeared together as the Midnight Sons in a struggle against Lilith, the Mother of All Demons. In addition to Blade, Frank Drake, Hannibal King, Morbius, and the Darkhold Redeemers, the first squad featured a number of other notable characters. Since then, characters such as Blade, Doctor Voodoo, Elsa Bloodstone, Ghost Rider, Moon Knight, Iron Fist, and Man-Thing have made appearances in Doctor Strange: Damnation -the most current adaptation of the series.

Marvel Games is set to release their next AAA game, featuring the group known as the Midnight Suns. The game will include Blade, Wolverine, Robbie Reyes, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Nico Minoru, Magik, and three unnanounced characters. This is set to release later this year.

Disney+ has made the full series of Moon Knight available for viewing.
