Google’s Pixel 6a will arrive in India later this year

Rejoice for Pixel enthusiasts from India! For the first time in over two years, a Google Pixel smartphone will be available in India when the recently unveiled Pixel 6a goes on sale.

The Pixel 6a has been rumoured to be coming to India for the past few weeks, now it has actually happened. A few hours ago, Google tweeted that the Pixel 6a will be available in India later this year, despite its official announcement not making any mention of foreign availability.

Prices have not yet been announced. In any case, a gadget costing between $30,000 and $40,000 is likely to be regarded competitive. For the time being, Google isn’t providing us with a specific date for the product’s release. Hopefully, we won’t have to wait till the upcoming festival of lights to get our hands on Google’s new midranger.

Google was unable to keep up with demand for the Pixel 4a in India, where it had a successful run. If Google doesn’t raise the price of the Pixel 6a, we expect it to perform even better than the current model.

To sum up, Google’s Pixel 6a is a good deal in terms of hardware, with an attractive design, Google’s own Tensor SoC, dual 12MP cameras, new picture editing features, a 4,306mAh battery, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Pre-orders for the phone will be accepted starting on July 21 in the United States, and sales will begin on July 28. Chalk, Charcoal, and Sage are the three colours available.
