Carrier Hub MCM Client Requests Are Being Processed issue | What is Carrier Hub processing requests issue

People who have this app loaded on their phone frequently experience issues with the MCM processing request notifications. Because the phone tries to connect to cell towers when it restarts, the notification is usually visible, but if you're in an area where the connection keeps dropping you'll see the notification continually.

Despite the fact that the T-mobile network is down for maintenance, you will still be able to see the connection request message and will not be able to make or receive calls, texts, or use data. If that's the case, we'd suggest contacting T-mobile directly.
